We ask that cell phones and electronics devices be turned off or set to silent during spa services and refrain from bringing children into the spa area so all guests can enjoy a tranquil spa environment.
PUNCTUALITY
As well, to assure timely service, we ask all clients receiving spa services to check-in 15 minutes prior to the start of the appointment to allow for check-in procedures.
