Should you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation, please provide 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice are subject to the full service fee.
For group parties of two or more, please provide 48 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 48 hours are subject to the full service.
Late arrival may result in customizing your service to fit the remaining appointment time (full Service fee will apply).
A valid credit card is required to reserve three or more consecutive spa services.
To ensure a timely service to all of our guests, please arrive fifteen minutes prior to your appointment to allow for check-in procedures.
